Landlord Information

Over these years we have completed thousands of valuations gaining intimate knowledge of property prices in the local area based on the type of property being offered for let, whilst taking into account other external factors, for instance if your property is located in catchment for the best schools or close to transport links.

If you decide you would like your property let on a managed basis, you can be assured that Quality Residential will take on the burden of rectifying any problems as and if they occur. We have a reliable team of contractors to call upon, who are efficient, responsive and cost effective.

Our charges for management of your property are as follows:

Commission - 8% (9.6% inc VAT) l  New Tenancy - £180 inc VAT  l  Renewal of a Tenancy - £90 inc VAT  l  Preparation of Inventory £108 inc VAT  l  Check out - £90 inc VAT  l  Annual Registration of Deposit £54 inc VAT

Alternatively, we are able to offer a tenant source only service whereby the Landlord will collect all rents due and manage the property themselves.

Our charges for non managment of your property are as follows:

New Tenancy (New Landlord) - 60% of a months rent inc VAT (Minimum £600 inc VAT)  l   Extension of a Tenancy - £90 inc VAT

New Tenancy (Existing Landlord) -  £600 inc VAT  l   Extension of a Tenancy - £90 inc VAT

Provision of statement of income for landlord or tax authorities, if required, £90 inc VAT. (Both managed and non-managed)

For accounting to the Inland Revenue when required for overseas landlords £54 inc VAT per annum. (Both managed and non-managed)
